I had the same thing with my STNG that I got a few years ago. They bypassed it with the harness to override but never removed any wires but attached a toggle switch. I bought the interlock switch. There were 2 that were removed along with the bracket. I plugged them all in and reattached the harness without bypassing and it worked great. Good luck, hopefully you figure it out. It bugged the hell out of me when I realized it was gone.
