Could somebody offer up some advice on this, I turned on my STTNG last night and all I
get is the "Locating Balls Please Wait" message.
Any help is appreciated..

ok, I
was out of town for the weekend so I'm just now getting a chance to look at this a little deeper.
Like I said, when I turn the machine on all I get is the "Locating Balls Please Wait"" message.
I notice now that when I go into test menu and run the "solenoid Test" the first sixteen steps do nothing,
the only solenoids that do something are the last two, left and right cannons turn.
I've checked all fuses...
Any ideas on what to check next??

So here's an update, after checking voltages in the back box, I lifted up the playfield to check voltages.
After lifting the playfield the machine began to work properly. I have looked at all of my connections and am
unable to duplicate the problem. If problem returns, I'll repost..
