While I was defining my custom LED kit for the STTNG, I found that the light schema in the manual is partially incorrect (duplicate numbers and missing lamps) and also the kits of suppliers are incomplete. In the restoration process I stripped my play-field, mapped all lights and created an excel sheet where I can compile my own lamp selection and automatically generate a part-list to ease the ordering. I tried to align the numbering with William's original numbering and clarify the names of the lamps and their color.

Excel sheet (customizable)
PDF version (read only)

Usage:
1) change your selection in column "G" on the first tab (make sure to use unique names for the same item)
2) go to the second tab (PartList), right click on the pivot table and select "refresh data"
3) in column "C" you'll find the correct number of the parts to order (do not use column "B" of the pivot table).

Note: I chose pinball.center's noflix plus LEDs for myself but I'm not affiliated with them nor do I want to advertise them.
In the attached image you'll see a screenshot of the sheet.

Wow good job. This will be a fantastic help when I get round to choosing my LEDs.

Impressive work!
Thank you so much for doing this.

Thank you. Much better than what I was using.

Thanks to PQTagget. Took me the best part of three hours to place the order with Pinballcenter and had to substitute turquoise for blue on the outlanes and pink for red on the bumper caps. Otherwise same colour scheme as yours. Will post some pics when complete

( may well swop out the pink bumper caps )

The cold white GI has turned out pretty underwhelming on the playfield but good for the backbox

I hear you can use the NOFLIX for shields and get dimming with out doing the OCD board.....Does it have to be NOFLIX or do Cointaker Premiums work as well?

Do you still have the Excel and/or PDF laying around somewhere. They seem to be removed, and i'm just in the process of LED-ifying all my games.

Would really like this, too. Thanks.

Sorry folks, I switched the provider and didn't realize that some of the files were lost. They are available again under the original links: Excel sheetand PDF

Thanks for the positive feedback! I must say I'm also not very happy with the GI.. it's too dark and the inset lights are disturbingly bright in contrast. drinkduffbeers which lights did you replace with what exactly?
Although all led's are noflix PLUS, I still get some ghosting on one or two.. it's ok but not just as perfect as they advertised.
In the backbox I left the incadescant bulbs in areas where there's warm skin tone.. much better than leds.

For anyone using this as a reference like I did (thanks by the way!) there is a mistake in the manual and in this spreadsheet.

The bulbs for the shield are wedges (i.e. 555). The manual and the spreadsheet have them as bayonets. That's not the case on my machine, which is stock as far as I know.
