I have random switch errors that pop up on start. If you go into test the switches all work. And the error changes. It also not opto. And the switches are not related to one another. It changes every time I go to test and activate the switch

surprised no one has commented yet, just a thought,
try pushing in on the square IC chip, might of came loose.
Also I would remove/reinstall the battery's with the game off.
That would clear out any odd codes that might be being held in it's memory.
I have this EXACT same issue!! It is driving me up a wall! I have pushed on the chip, no change. Everything has been reset and it just got brand new batteries. Machine had been stored for 2-3 years.
