I had this problem a while back on an NBAFB, but I did have my 20v. As crazy as it sounds it ended up being a loose ASIC chip. Turn off the machine and push in the ASIC chip. If you really are missing your 20v then it'll be a bigger problem, but try the easy stuff first.
