Dmd went out as did many optos. Checked Dmd connector readings vs the readings on my WH20.

STTNG : 112.5 - 98.9 - 00.1 - 00.1 - 4.9 - 0.1 - 0.4

WH20: 117.2 - 105.5 - 0. - 0. - 4.9 - 12.6 - 67.5

Any input greatly appreciated!

was this measured on the DMD or on the DMD controller? If it was just your 62V that was bad I'd say you need to rebuild your HV section but with the 12V missing too it almost seems like a connector issue. Then again optos being out (also run off 12V) sounds like you've got a problem further upstream (driver board) than the dmd controller

Make sure the connector on the top/left edge of your driver board with (about) 5 wires in it, white/green, is connected. That's where the 12V is sourced.

Your Dot Controller appears to have lost the 62V side. First remove fuse 601 and buzz it with your meter. Let's see if it's blown. If it's blown, suspect one of the small bridges on the board. If it's not, a HV rebuild seems to be in order.

If you're in the CONUS, I can take care of it for you if you need help.

Measurement was done on the dmd. I should have further mentioned not only some opts went inoperable but so did flippers and ball launch. When you press start audio is fine but ball won't feed to launch and one cannon fire continually on its own.

All went out at the same time. The dmd was a color dmd when all went out so l swapped it with a working standard dmd that of course does not work either.

Thanks

All fuses are good including 601. On which board is the hv located that may require a rebuild. As yes I'm in Indiana.

HV is on the DMD controller board, but you've definitely got a 12V problem. Check the 2 12V test points on the main driver board

The lack of 62v supply is not an issue if you put the color DMD back in. It runs off the 5v and 12v supplies.

Priority should be troubleshooting 12v supply like zacaj said.

The circuitry that creates the HV is on the DMD Controller, which is connected to the DMD with a ribbon cable.
As noted above, if you plan to go back to the ColorDMD, the lack of HV isn't an issue.

For the 12V, make sure connector J112 is connected on the driver board.
Remove and buzz fuse F116 on the driver board. This fuse protects the 12V circuit.
Measure DC voltage at TP1. This should be unregulated 12VDC

Please recheck F116, its in the upper left corner of the Power/Driver board. You will want to check it with a meter to make sure its not blown.

edit: oops Chris already mentioned this

....once again and this time for over a month I looked at the bigger things that could have caused the issue. I did check all fuses first. F116 looked good. I'm sure I checked it in the fuse holder in Haist. Which gave me a reading for a good fuse. But yes it was blown. Wonder why but a lesser concern for now.

I'm eating a lot of crow and thank all of you for the technical input.
I owe each and everyone of you a beer or two if we meet at a pinball event.

Thank all of you U Rock! Is it me or playing your pin that was down the first time it's back and running seems like the first time!
