What switches are those? Check the switch matrix found on the inside back page of your manual.

The green/orange wire starts at pin 3 on connector J207 on the CPU board. Start by unplugging/replugging that connector then check that wire at each opto connection in order down the 'column 3' line of the switch matrix table.
