Star Trek: The Next Generation
Williams, 1993I have a STTNG that the left canon light is no longer working. I put a new bulb in thinking that it may be that but no light still. I'm not sure what to troubleshoot next. I looked under the playfield to see if something came loose but I didn't find anything. I traced the red/yellow wires that are connected to the bulb socket down through the playfield where it connects with a 2 wire molex connector but I don't see any issues. Any ideas on what to look at next?
This is almost always a broken wire in the wire loom.
Test continuity, with power OFF, between the socket conductors and the wire leads at the connector you mentioned.
