Anyone else have an issue with their sttng subway. What happens is that the ball doesn't quite get to the vuk which confuses the game, usually into thinking there is still a ball in play when there isn't. Had a heck of a time figuring this out but when it happens I open the coin door and can see the ball through the plastic subway. I've tried lowering the subway with washers to get more momentum, more pitch on the game but I can still have this issue. Doesn't happen every time, may go 30 games or so. Anyone?

I just put the tape on to indicate where the ball sticks. Not usually there. I recently removed the subway and cleaned it. Maybe not enough incline. I just use a dumb app on my iPad to level them. It says 13 degrees. Then I measure a game with a bubble level on it that's suppose to be set at 6.5 and it read 13 as well
