Let's see your home made Stromboli or Calzone. I started off wanting to do a pizza. Before I did my 1st Pizza I found myself craving a stromboli. At this point I've only made two pizzas. But I've made 13 Stromboli's. Here are the first 2 I cooked in a toaster oven.

I watched this video for the dough recipe.

For the main flour I used: Members Mark Bread and Pizza Flour
I didn't have Semolina flour so I used Einkorn flour.

That I just started using to make dough 2 mm thick.

Italian seasoning on top, and cornmeal on the bottom. Steak, onion, hard Salami, green peppers, Provolone, Mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the middle. In toaster oven for 30 minutes. After top get brown, cover with pizza stone on rack above stromboli.
