    While I thin t-nuts would be the more elegant solution, I've had good luck with Tim Arnold's advice: http://tuukan.fliput.net/tim_en.html (See tip #24)
    Basically, put machine screws up through the holes and nut down onto them. I cover the ends with rubber tips. Voila!
