I am looking at this option for a Flash and maybe a Gorgar later.
The Flash unit has a four leaf switch for the right flipper, add the same lane change switch mentioned earlier ?
Did the three original nylon bushing screws get in the way of the new assembly or did you cut them down ?

Vid1900, one of the links you listed is a duplicate.
Can you update the EOS switch link?
Since this is about a Flash machine that has three flippers, the left and top right flipper will use a standard EOS.
What will the bottom right flipper need? That flipper has a dual switch setup.

I did the conversion per Vid1900's specs and the results are good.

Installation was fairly straight forward.
The lower left was a drop in.
The lower right did need the old EOS disassembled to reuse part of switch the on the new flipper units EOS.
The lower right required the my tilt switch to be moved about an inch, no new wiring required.
I put a rebuild kit in the upper right as I had one kit already.

It does change the feel of the game. I went from a noticeably under powered set of flippers to a noticeably over powered set of flippers.
The new flippers do make the game slightly easier but the old ones were just unplayable.

My next rebuild will be a Gorgar and I will do the conversion on that game as well.
