Have you metered them out to see if you have continuity when they are closed? They're probably just dead.
Those switches are Gottlieb's Piezo switches. Two of mine were broken, but all the other non-piezo switches on my table were fine.... I'm not impressed with their durability compared to bog standard switches. You can replace them with standard switches, FWIW. Check Pinball Resource for parts.
