If they vaulted it, maybe they could do the simpler pro design but add the projector to it.

My first question is “will the redesigned aspect be made available to all ST gen 1 Prem/LE owners, so that they too can experience the benefits of improved reliability and function.
The way I interpreted this is that it games will be less likely to require adjustments coming off the line and/or easier to get dialed in at home. Most instances of the old run of games work well, you just had to commit to hours of fucking around until you got to that point. In terms of dialing in, it was the worst NIB I've had, save for EHOH.
I'm my case I have my prem tk lock working really well/reliably so I wouldn't want to risk screwing it up by trying to swap in an 'improved' mech.
