So after taking the target bank off and inspecting everything nothing broken but there was a small metal piece... some sort of metal shaving imbedded in the plastic ledge in the area of where the left target would catch and hold. I had to take a small flat tip screwdriver and dig it out. Once that was removed targets are working great again!
