This board can easily be remade.
I will look into this and possibly remaking the whole mod once I get Stranger Things back in my collection.
Even if I get it with thr game, I will remake it.

My buddy has an extra nib prem/le kit he might sell if you were still looking for a kit.

Grabbed the Kenwood backbox speaker kit from pinball life with speakers/gaskets/plates/and colored trim rings for my premium. I chose purple trim rings for STh but they are too dark to see, so I painted the trim rings with florescent red paint. The red looked pink when wet and dried orange. When the UV lights blink for the start of the demogorgon mode, the paint really pops. (also added a new woofer) Loving the new look and sound.

Does anyone have the medisinyl mods and the spinning arcade mod on their machine? I wanna grab it but I wouldn't be able to install it where it traditionally goes. I was wondering if anyone installed it over the flashers or somewhere else on the game.

I wanted to let anyone who has trouble with their right orbit switch failing to register know that a magnetic switch from M and M Creations has pretty much solved that issue for me. Great product.

At least it's a pretty decent ratio for numbers of times it rattles and misses the switch just barely vs. number of times the slings just kick the ball up there without any of my doing

I am pretty creative but see no options. The mod from Medysinal is so good you don’t wanna miss that laser effect BUT if someone doesn’t wanna spend for it the arcade sign is really nice.. spins at appropriate points in game

Can anybody share a procedure for replacing the demogorgon on a Premium? I’m no stranger to digging into playfields, but I’m not even sure where to start on this aside from tearing apart everything in the entire upper playfield to get at it.

Of all the rumors circulating this has the most weight. Still maybe and mights, but a "might be something happening this year" coming straight fron a giddy Eddy has heavy implications. Selfish but I liked how rare they were, made it special when you ran into one.

You can barely hear what he says with the bad quality of the feed. I wouldn't read too much into it. The interviewer claims he says 'this year'. The only spot they have left on the build schedule is November. So they're going to vault it in 3-4 months and NOTHING has leaked? I don't buy it.

Man, you're really in denial, as are a lot of people who treat this game as an investment. The vault is coming and he clearly said this year and the reporter repeated it back clear as day again saying "He said it might becoming out this year".

As for nothing has leaked? Gomez and lots of people in interviews have been hinting that this will be vaulted and Gomez even stating that they plan on improving the telekinesis lock this time around. I heard a few weeks again that this may be vaulted near November/December.

First of all no pinball machine is an investment. I buy them to play them. And sure they may vault it eventually. But THIS year? I don't buy it. If you want to dig up rare interviews... how about Elwin telling Joel that his next game has been finished forever? Maybe Stern might want to move that needle before building STh? They sell everything they make and just went on a pretty massive vault spree so why STh out of the blue? I just don't think it happens in 2023.

The Stern build schedule thread had Venom pencilled in for months. I don't think it was a surprise to anyone.

And has Stern ever drastically fixed anything as part of a vault? Fixing the Telekinesis lock just seems too good to be true. Next we'll hear they are adding modes for seasons 3-5.

I suppose we'll find out soon enough. I would just be very surprised if anything happens this year. My vote's on late 2024 at the earliest. I don't think it will even align with the release of the final season since the software and art package is so dated at this point.

I like George. He's by far the best ambassador Stern has other than maybe Jack Danger. But talk is cheap. I don't understand why you would spend effort on reengineering the ball lock when you sell everything you make and can just move on to the next game like a shark that needs to swim forward or die.

Yes Stern has done a type of tweak with a vault. For example AC/DC the lower playfield plexi glass had accessible from the top of the playfield screws to make it easily removable in the vault edition. Also new cabinet art with the Luci edition.
