take your time & retrace your steps, check all your connectors etc, maybe pins may have backed out a little, suspect wiring broken or damaged, hopefully something easy & staring you in the face

It might be an issue with the Jones plugs on the main board. Unplug and plug back in... Check the Jones plugs for oxidation - that faded white residue that sometimes builds up on the plugs... Clean and insert the plugs firmly back into their sockets... Or some switch just became out of adjustment when you moved the playfield. Do you have the schematic for the machine?

Is the Jones plug from the play field been cleaned? Is it in place properly?
I will go out on a limb here. The only thing that connects most of these is 'Motor Switch 2B' Most likely not the problem.
Not the right flipper, check the wires at the button and the coil connections.

The sequence bank for the 'When Lit' is attached to the underside of the playfield. Is it possible that it has a few wires knocked off? Is that bracket pushed into place and secured tightly?

Its was half plugged.... Never touch your machine at 1am after a 12 hours shift

Missing plugging in the jones plug happens all the time, even to the rest of us. Good to see you got it running right.

Tired, or kind of drunk can cause many problems when servicing pins. Here is another great tip, "Do not look up at the TV, when reaching for the soldering gun".
