I stopped reaqding all of the worng replies and just skipped to the bottom, when you are polishing you are getting the pf hot fast. it causes the insert to haet up faster than the pf, and it has no where to go but up.
Much will receede on a couple days, anywhere from 20-50 %
you have to figure out how to polish withouty getting too hot.

If someone allready said this, I apoligize. I am 100% confident in what I just said.
