Strange joker poker cabinet and drop target help!

I'm looking at buying a joker poker but it's a fair distance away and when I got the pictures I noticed the drop targets are different as the J targets are black and the Queen targets are red. Also it appears to be in the wrong cab.

Anyone know what game the cab came from and where the black and red drop targets came from.
What would you say it's worth?

at the risk of stating the obvious...thats a dragon lower cabinet

As wiredoug stated, it is a Gottlieb Dragon lower cabinet with a (correct) Gottlieb Joker Poker head.

The drop targets are a bit of a non-issue as they can be replaced and either reproductions or used targets should be decently available.
