Hard to see close enough to to judge switches. I would clean contacts then activate by hand w/power off and observe. There may be too much tension to throw the switches. You may have to back off the pressure from the 9 position switch...kinda' tricky to make sure you adjust evenly. Make sure you have the 'bender' as far down and as close to switch stack as possible. Before adjusting make sure switch stack screws are tight tightening one closest to blades first.
