I replaced all the connectors, did recommended board upgrades, & even replaced u8 5101 socket & put in new 5101 ram, but I still have this issue where the MPU boots fine. I get the boot up tune as well, just no lamps on or displays. However, in test mode everything works great! What could this be?

The game will do this if you haven't installed all three balls in the outhole or there's an issue with the outhole switches.
