    Good tools or techniques on getting this more or less straightened out? Always keen to acquire new tools.

    It's the side rail for a Chicago Coin Bullseye, supposed to be a 90 degree corner.

    Hammer and an anvil. Search Youtube for short videos to form or straighten metal.

    A pair of adjustable wrenches works well. I use them to fix the edges on old coin doors with good results. Whatever you do, be prepared to sand and buff out some scratches when you are done.
