    I'm wondering about using local storage for pins. Have you come up with a simple formula based on experience, to help you choose the right sized space?

    I'm thinking of being prepared to store ~20 pins, but I would want "easy" (in quotes) access to a pin if I wanted it out.

    For example, if a pin takes up ~30" x ~30" of floor space while upright:

    * What's the ideal width of the unit to be able to walk back and reach a pin in the farthest position? (Or do you simply stack them tight, and move out 5+ pins to reach 1, etc)

    * What's the best way to utilize the unused vertical space (or do you ignore it)?

    * What's some pros and cons between: 5'x15', 10' x 15', 15' x 15'?

    * What are some options for how the space is used in terms of pin positions?

    Thanks for the insights...
