Garage/tool stools work well. Theyre usually right at the right height. Dont get the cheap ones without the reinforcement ring aka foot rest. Better ones have good chrome as well matching lockdown bars and side rails.

I do prefer the ones with double rings but they can be wider which makes it harder to lean against while playing. Personal preference i guess. Heres an example, altho im suspicious of the price. A good one is triple that. https://www.amazon.com/Miller-High-Padded-Swivel-Stool/dp/B003WJTOA8/ref=mp_s_a_1_69

I got this for my workbench but ended up using it more in the game room. I like the back rest, adjustable height, and wheels are a bit rubbery and not too hard. Granted, it's not very "fun", though. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B091B6NCMH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title
