I'm in a dispute over a small track of land the highway is taking to add another lane. Been in my family since 1924. Have deeds going back to 1924. But the new zoning says it's not my land. YEAH RIGHT !!!! Even the county tax map still shows it's mine. But still had to get a lawyer to prove it. Estimated value of land is 6k. If I get 3k after lawyer fees I'll be happy.
