Oh my....that's terrible.
Here's hoping we get this tracked down.

Okay, some people have received a small vacation from this thread, and some have gained permanent vacations. Before we continue, let's get a few things straight:
1) Racism is not tolerated on pinside. Ever.
2) We do not celebrate racists, or claim that their comments are "spot on."
3) I do not care if a term doesn't offend you. It may offend others, so knock it off.
4) Acting like a jerkwad, and then blaming the backlash on the "PC crowd" is taking the easy way out. Being considerate about the feelings of others is not some terrible curse.
As always, be nice to others.

Quoted from Darkslide632:Who gets to decide what terms are offensive enough to be included?
In this case, I do. It was clear cut that the term used was offensive. I'm sorry you didn't see it the same way. If you disagree, feel free to head over to the moderator feedback section and start a dialogue there.
Quoted from Darkslide632:Obviously some people might find jerkwad offensive, yet you still used it.
I sure did. It seemed to accurately describe those that can't quite figure out that posting racist slurs on an online forum is a bad thing.
However, it seems like you are missing the main bullet point here if that is what you are focusing on. Again, feel free to head to the moderator feedback section to discuss.
Quoted from Darkslide632:Can I call you fuck-face like I call my friends? Is there just an arbitrary line drawn somewhere we have to hope we don't cross? How are we supposed to know!?
This seems like you are being intentionally obtuse. I'm quite certain you can figure out how to conduct yourself in a polite matter in public. If you are unsure how to conduct yourself in an acceptable manner, again, head to the moderator feedback forum. Otherwise, you are really pushing the boundaries here.
Finally, this is the last discussion we will have on the matter. This thread is about the stolen BBB in Houston. If you'd like to discuss this other stuff, head to the moderator feedback forum.

It might be.
PM it to me, and I can start the ball rolling...
