I bought 2 shares of GME for $330. I was following since around $60 and thought it was too high then... It may go to zero but I want to be a part of the pain for the hedge funds!

Quoted from urbanledge:

I know nothing about trading .
But if this doe go to zero then where does the money ?
To the people that got out first ?

I used to play around in penny stocks years ago. Some have just disappeared from my account but others have been sitting there worth nothing. I'd just buy 4 or 5 companies $100-$500 and usually one would shoot up and I'd sell. Found out I don't have time to watch the market constantly. Went to more of a buy and hold with apple, amazon, etc... so I don't have to pay attention.

I just sold most my AMC but 150 shares which ended up being free. I had originally bought at $15.75 thought I made a wise decision. Then I had to buy more at $7.50 to help recover my losses. Sold at $13.90 and still have 150 free shares. I'm just happy I didn't loose any money in AMC. I think I'll move the money to PLTR or AI.

Quoted from TreyBo69:

Haven't paid attention to this thread before and thought I'd jump in.
I have mostly safe investments in AMD, TSM, INTU, AAPL, and AMZN. My actual retirement funds are all in indexes. Then I have some money to play with for shits and giggles
I dabble with Tencent (TCEHY) because I'm a video game nerd and keep up with their aggressive investments
I didn't mess with GME because it's a bunch of nonsense. I don't think digital sales will kill them until faster internet speeds are more broadly available in rural areas. If data caps truly become the norm (games are only getting bigger to download!) then I think that would really help them. It was undervalued for sure, but it's going back on the decline
I bought in on AMC because I was bullish on the meme, took a small loss, but I'm still interested in their future
I got some NOK at good value and plan to hold after more research
My weed money has made a killing the last two weeks TLRY up 113% and APHA up 71%

I bought APHA for $2.22 a share. I can't decide if I want to sell or just ride out the weed market and see what happens in the next couple years. I feel like I should sell some and move it over to something safer like AAPL.

Trying to decide if it’s time to buy more AAPL. I bought some more in the low $130s since it seemed like a good buying opportunity but it keeps dropping. I guess it’s time to buy more since I don’t plan on selling for a very long time.

If it's a long term hold there's no reason to sweat $125 vs $120. Just set it and forget it.

Agree, my order just executed at $122.
