Mine did the same a while back, i was told to do a full factory reset and it worked and has not reappeared.

Yea, it just will not fire instantly...as it used to. Leigh, exactly how do you do factory reset? Pull batteries and power cord?

From memory, factory reset via the diagnostics, so any changes you may have made will revert back to preset condition and change batteries with power off.
Mine was just randomly trying to shoot balls, wether a ball was loaded or not.
It worked, but it is not the only problem on my machine, so i suspect somthing more sinister..

Well I gave it a shot and wiped it clean. It didn't help the cannons at all. Neither cannon will fire until it is on way back, and even then it is slow.

you might try a new wiring harness.

I think TZBen is right on. If you are unable to make a new harness yourself, Pinbits sells the complete harness.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I probably still have one in cart at Marco. 49.00 is their price. Isn't Pinbits about the same?

Thanks fx.....I discovered that last night and ordered them. 12.00 savings over BAA, I can buy a lot of jelly beans with 12 bucks.
