Brand new, been playing for 30 minutes and Vengeance is hitting the glass when target is hit. Checked service menu to reduce the shaking but nothing. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Quoted from markmon:So it hits the glass, what's the big deal? Why does everyone try to solve problems that really aren't problems? Someone else is worrying about their woz monkey (which works fine) being too loud
I can understand how this is not a big deal to some and that's fine. For other's, speaking for myself, I think that the machine was not designed for that, therefore, day 1 with the machine, I would think that it may need a little tweaking to get it operating as planned.
Since something came lose and Vengeance is dipping down now, I have a tech coming to look at it. Im going to mention that its hitting the glass and if there is a fix, Ill report back...
