That connector should be plugged in so the grey and red wire are on the left most pin on CN11. I doubt that power connection plug in is keyed...so it may be possible to plug it in upside down. In that case...it wouldn't mess anything up, but It also would not work. There shouldn't be anything to enable in the settings for the CN11 connection.
