we might be able to do a straight swap out to a green one for very little $ with some improvement
I picked up a cheap 100mW green laser on ebay and got it working (looks great!) but if you put in a more powerful wattage laser you will either have to supply a separate power supply (like cointaker does) or change the ceramic resistor under the playfield to a lower value to supply more current - I worked out that you want to change it to approx 50 ohms for 100mW. If you want a plug n play solution cointaker is the way to go!
