Anybody else? Where is this in diagnostics?

Dammit Jim I'm a doctor not a pin tech.
Scotty?
I canna do it Captain, the pods are overloaded now I've given er all I got and estimate 3 minutes before the game blows up.
Spock?
Emailing Stern would be illogical Captain I would suggest dialing 1-800-kickers.
Somebody else had this problem. Think they send you out a complete replacement. Just don't try to fix it with the power on.
I was wrong. It works just fine. When I'm playing Klingon multiball, I'm not looking for bells & whistles--I'm playing pinball, dammit! Really cool to watch when somebody else plays, though!!

Ha I started to type you an email to find out what we need to order when I decided I better read the rest of the thread =)
Mine actually did quit working, but it was a simple fix. The 2 pin connector for the laser was unplugged.

So exciting you don't even notice it when it's on... lol I like that
If you didn't want bells and whistles you would have been quite satisfied with a pro I suspect.
That doesn't sound right - for the record I'm not referring to a hooker
Mine have never stopped working but instead of a bunch of little dots mine is now larger blogs showing up
Mine quit working and its been 10 days that I'm now waiting on a replacement from Stern.
Ugh It is taking forever
You can test it in coil test. I had 3.9 volts going into the laser and nothing.

Are you guys serious? It really is a laser pointer with a clamp holding the switch on? I thought the first guy was joking... guess not.
