Hello,

I assume that if you go into coil test when the motor runs the laser should come on.

It works on occasion in klingon multiball and is very dim. I know that Stern is knocking the power down from the motor to drive the laser. I measure about 3.9 volts going to the laser and yet it does not light.

Tried calling and emailing stern, but I hear nothing back from them. Can anyone else confirm that the laser does come on in coil test when the motor comes on and if they know the voltage that should be going into the laser?

Talked to Stern and they are sending a replacement assembly. Not sure why they do not send just a new laser, but oh well as I hope to have this fixed sometime this week.
