I've called a few (say 4) times, emailed a few times, and just want to purchase a backglass. Shay Arcade Group still in business?

As of a a week or so ago, yes.

    Holiday break, perhaps?

I ordered a glass like 7 months ago, still hasn't been shipped, but just 4 days ago they were still responding to my emails telling me it would be ready eventually

Again, can't get an answer to an email or a phone call. Anybody else sell backglasses?

Gottlieb Sunshine. I have seen a glass from Shay and it was very nice. Just don't know if the price is the same as the site says, things like that have sometimes changed.

Shay's backglasses are screened on glass.
The reproductions from pinballbackglass.com are on acrylic. I've seen some of them, and I'm not terribly impressed with their quality.

If you mean pinballbackglass.com's aren't screened, I didn't say they were.
The material the image is on is acrylic, not glass.

I still like the old school stuff.....oh well.
Maybe Shay is holding some silkscreened pieces and start selling digital.....
Silkscreened backglasses are worth more $$$$ now?

You sure about that? If you watch the video it seems that might not be the case.
