    I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason on how people are labeled on here.

    Pinhead, Senior Pinhead, Pinball Master, etc.

    I see different ages, karma points, years on pinside, number of machines, reviews, donators, etc. None of it seems to have any relevance to the label.

    Not saying I care what my label is, just would like to understand more of where this comes from?

    Has to do with total number of karma points, which is an number that increases with every post, review, story, etc. you add to the site. There is kind of an order to the labels, since it starts out as newbie, and ends up at legend, I believe. Maybe the stops made between the two are somewhat less easily ranked continuity wise.

    Great question. The labels were once cooked up by my brother and me when we built the whole Karma Points concept We're actually planning to replace those labels soon by something more meaningful, screen real estate is precious and we think we can make better use of that area.

    But, to answer your question, Tamoore is basically right.

    How about a printed list of the different names/titles/ levels? If for no other reason than to satisfy curiosity. I would like to see them and perhaps others would too, especially those who have not been around that long.

    My quest to become an Immortal will be in vain!

    Sure, here are all levels, again, based on Karma:

    0 => 'Pinhead',
    250,000 => 'Senior pinhead',
    600,000 => 'Pinball addict',
    1,750,000 => 'Pinball master',
    3,500,000 => 'Pinball guru',
    10,000,000 => 'Pinside legend',
    15,000,000 => 'Pinside immortal',
    50,000,000 => ........

    pssst: have you ever tried clicking on someone's karma points?

    Ahhhh!!! My confusion was on the move from Senior Pinball to Pinball Addict. In my mind I was thinking Senior Pinhead was a move above Pinball Addict.

    I thought that I was a senior pinhead because I'm > 50. Like AARP for pinheads!
