Have you tried emailing instead of calling?

Quoted from insight75:Give him a call....best way to contact him.
The OP is saying he can't get through...
Quoted from sbmania:I get a busy tone for 3 seconds followed by a fast busy tone.
Quoted from Coyote:Will he accept payments now without the copy of the invoice sent back with the check? I tried this years ago (6, 7, 8 years?) and even though I had put the invoice number on the check, he said he can't do anything with it until I sent back the pink copy of the invoice. So I never bothered after that.
First time I've heard that. I've never been asked to include a copy of the invoice with the check. All I do is write my customer number and the invoice number on the check and sent that on its way.
Quoted from ChipS:I placed an order a couple weeks ago that included some coin door parts. I was using the Gottlieb parts catalog for the part numbers and Lou noticed that for one part, the catalog had listed the wrong number. (A rare mistake in the Gottlieb catalog.) I listed a description of the part, which is how Lou knew it didn't match.
Out of curiosity, what was the part? And the correct and incorrect part numbers? I'd like to make a note of it.
Quoted from ChipS:Page 67 of the 1978 Gottlieb Parts Catalog shows front door parts and a diagram of the coin lockout coil and associated parts. The diagram shows part A-557 "Spring" and an arrow points to the area where the spring is located, although it is not seen in the diagram (the spring holds the armature to the relay housing). But the arrow is also pointing to the interlock relay housing, which is not mentioned at all on the page. Lou identified part #A-557 as being the interlock relay housing and the spring is actually #A-574.[quoted image]
Quoted from vec-tor:Same misprint with the 1976 catalog.
