Quoted from vid1900:It's no problem, Steve sells all those parts to Marco, so he's making the money either way.
No one ships faster than PBR. Email in my order in the morning, get my parts the next day.Steve says his credit card fees would exceed $100,000 in a year.
You've got the 3% fee.
Then you have the per transaction fee.
Then you have the "More than 50% of sales are online sales" fee.
Then VISA has a fee for the yearly audit of your systems and how you store the CC data.
Then you have the terminal fee to rent the swiper for walk ins.
Then you have an actual landline for the swiper
Then you have the electronic transaction fee from the bank for for your daily CC deposits.
You have to pay a monthly fee for the shopping cart software.
You have to pay to develop and maintain the eCommerce site.

Steve probably would rather just keep that money....it's within his rights to do so.
It's not nearly that complicated. Take Square for example (www.squareup.com).
You pay a flat 2.75% on all transactions, no other fees, and the money is in your bank account 2-3 days later. It's even completely free to set up and get their reader. I believe that if you manually key in the info you pay a slightly higher %, but it's still very affordable and manageable.
