They are very responsive, but that's not the issue. The website is like a Maze of part numbers and it's really hard to find things IMO.
1. Him sending parts without confirmed payment is a bigger risk
2.Agreed but if you have part numbers or detailed game info Steve can be a great resource. Be prepared when you call or make sure you have a helmet on. I have a good rap with him now but the first few times when I wasn't prepared were brutal. I hate to say this but i use marco to look them up then order them elsewhere most of the time. I throw them a 100 dollar or so order every few months to ease my conscience.
