I live in the UK and I buy virtually all my parts from PBR. The only time I don't is if they don't have them, and that doesn't happen often. Most of my orders are over $300, once over $800. They send me the parts with an invoice, who else would trust somebody in another country, they've never met and don't know? I pay them using bank transfer. It adds £31 to the bill. I simply see that as part of the cost of the parts. The prices are very reasonable, they could charge much more as where else can I buy a lot of the parts Steve reproduces, but he chooses to make sure we can afford our hobby and these lovely old games survive. Imagine no PBR, the hobby would be near impossible to enjoy. We would be trawling the net for used parts, gluing bits together, generally struggling to carry on. The games would look awful and probably play badly.
I can't be more grateful to them for making the parts for my games available.
