I remember when if you needed parts you went to Steve young, FAO, or Marco, maybe a couple others I always hated having to call Steve and get yelled at! I couldn't even remember my customer number. I think one of us screwed up and I ended up with two customer numbers. Try discussing that with him without wanting to tell him to fuck off! Marco seemed to be more expensive but they were glad to teach me what I needed while I paid for it.
Marco usually won out. I guess I was willing to pay more than get yelled at. I have thought Steve was the Pinball Nazi since the first interaction I had with him. I'm sure I was a pain in his ass having to teach a newbie pinball for a few bucks in sales. Gloria was easier to work with but it always seemed like Steve answered the phone... 
He has low prices, good supply and fabulous knowledge. He might be a good guy but that wasn't my experience. Just has a nasty disposition IMO. Now I might be in the minority with my opinion and others will come to his rescue and say what a great asset he is. I don't care for how dealing with him works so I don't shop there. I'm sure we are both happy about that and I'm sure he doesn't miss my small orders. That is a win-win if I ever saw one!
