I've never had an issue with PBR and have been dealing with them for many years. I usually get the parts I need quicker than I do from Marco and they are cheaper and more knowledgeable. I've even gotten help without having parts numbers on a couple of occasions.
I prefer their method of invoicing to automated ecommerce.
