I had a problem with a Bob Roberts order once. My money order somehow got trashed at some mail processing facility...he eventually received it in pieces a few months later. After already waiting a long time for my order (Canada) I contacted him to find out he never received it. The bank then required waiting another 30 days to have it reissued...then of course international mail again back to Bob, etc.

It's a royal pain for sure, but he's got the goods so I'll certainly continue to buy from him.
