Stand-up modifies target, so you would say stand-up targets. Since neither stand nor up are the noun, I think it's proper to say stand-ups. Just as you might say blues for blue targets.

I didn't go back and look to see if it was that thread or a different one, but there was a lot of discussion about the kickstarter. Kickstarter allowed a lot of rules to be broken, including using a rendering to pass off as the real project, and even went so far as to highlight the project. Despite all that, it was very very evident a lot of the people were fraudulent accounts (stock image user photos, etc.) so there's now way they riased 100K. Other were traced back to being relatives, so who knows how real those contributions were. I think the total was quite a bit higher and kickstarter did wind up deleting some of the accounts before it finished.
There is no way they legit raised 100K. It was probably under 10K.
