Stupid topic.
These are commercial machines and were never intended for home use where they get thrashed. In a shop environment they make get a couple of games a day whilst in a home games can clock up pretty quickly. When people advertise games HUO (home use only) I avoid as they are more thrashed that sited pinballs.
Sterns warranty is in every right they have as its a commercial product. Want a 12 month warranty? Go to Kmart and buy a toy pinball and get your kicks. Don't like the warranty and terms? Then don't buy the product simple.
Also people complaining about codes ..no one will ever be satisfied as everyone has different tastes . No matter what the pinball comes out as someone will complain... If people are so unhappy go buy a 1990s pinball! When you bought them that was it that was the game ..
I think Stern has given everyone on here a luxury to be able update games when years ago it was near impossible .
