Stern, 2019I have new sterns star wars pro made aug 5 2019 serial #295169 delivered 11/11/19 started this problem tonight 11/28/19 the ball when hits the bumper it sticks an engages the bumper like a ball is hitting the bumper all the time, until the ball is lost then it quits, this is on the left side up from the flipper with the rubber i'm wonder if something went wrong with this brand new machine with around 300 games played on it thanks for your help in advance

Sounds like a leaf blade adjustment is needed. It happens, nothing major.
The slingshot switches. Turn the game off. Move the rubber ring around so it has the same tension on all sides. Then remove the plastic over slingshot leaf blade switches. Look down at the leaf blade switches. The long front one should just be resting on the rubber ring, not pushing it. The shorter rear one should be close enough so the slightest ball hit triggers it, yet vibration doesn't. There are two leaf blade switches on each side. A little adjusting and you'll be good to go.
