I had one of these and sold it about 10 years ago to someone from WV IIRC. This may be the same game. I don’t recall seeing any other ones for sale since then and I don’t believe many were made. I do remember having to adjust the contacts at one point and having to replace a pin. It wasn’t too difficult to work on and I do seem to remember some basic sound effects as well. It did have 6 different games that you could play.
