Quoted from OLDPINGUY:

Did this get announced in Texas?
Was there a reason it wasnt?

No

Yes - supposedly Stern didn't want to overshadow Munsters ($ales) and celebrity guests (Eddie and Marilyn)

Quoted from aeonblack:

... I put my deposit in on my LE yesterday, really looking forward to being let down!

Excellent! I look forward to seeing this streamed by you ASAP.

Quoted from bigdaddy07:

No need to fret over losing out on an LE. All the cabinets look awesome, so unless getting the real backglass is critical for you, its best just to wait for a premium. Let the early guys work out the bugs/issues and form a solid consensus on its play. At least that's the stance I'm taking on this title.

Right with you. I happen to much prefer the Premium's artwork anyway - AND with upgraded siderails and a complete customized powdercoating (better than Stern's repeat BM66 black w/ flakes on the LE), it will look all the better! Shaker, pinblades, speaker lighting, and PDI glass can all be easily added to complete the essentials for a unique personalized game.

Quoted from SheriffBarclay:

Guess I'm new here. 7 downvotes for asking about lighting? Wow.

The subject of Pin Stadium lights is pretty polarizing here.

Quoted from cooked71:... This place is like holding an Alcoholic’s Anonymous meeting in a Pub.

lol

So true.

Quoted from frankmac:

Wow the LE is stunning!

It certainly is. Stern has really improved their games' artwork since the "Age of Photoshop"!

The Premium and Pro aren't too shabby either:

Quoted from knockerlover:

so then, what is the knight holding in all the artwork (cabinet, backglass, etc..) The sword of tranquility?

Ooooooh ... the SWORD OF TRANQUILITY!

I'm SO buying this game now!

Quoted from Oneangrymo:

Man only thing left now is room! Where to put it! I asked this question before but never got a straight answer, is it better to line up pins side by side straight to save room or at an angle..or does it not matter?

Vertical stacking is ALWAYS best for minimizing footprint area. Just sayin'.

Update: Sorry - you wanted a straight answer. I vote side by side perpendicular to the wall.

In Steve Ritchie's Black Knight SOR interview with Nate Shivers, he digressed a bit and mentioned various problems encountered during the making of World Poker Tour including a "gynecological hand" in the game's artwork. I'm not positive what he was referring to, but I used to own this game and until I relooked at the backglass image today, I never noticed Mike Sexton's bizarre left hand before.

Quoted from Sinestro:

Do you also miss 8-Tracks, ZX-80 computers, and Black and White TV's that were encapsulated in a huge piece of furniture?

Don't forget fax machines! Thank God that the medical field still utilizes these though. Kind of like Homepin and the DMD.

Quoted from aeonblack:

... I watched the whole stream and I still want an LE more than a pro. ... I think the animations look great. ... I think the sound is great. ... None of you deserve this game. ... Adjust your strategies you old farts ... Boo hoo.
The code looks pretty damn good. ... You're all whiners and you don't deserve a game this good.

Hurry up and stream the damn game!

Game looks to have potential!

Not a fan of the look of the Black Knight's castle though - reminds me of a cross between a termite mound and the Kraken.
