Why am I not excited? Anyone else feeling meh?

I would wait until the reveal to decide if you are "meh".
Quoted from Psw757:Am I the only one not excited for this?
How many BK’s do we need?
Me:"What is 3000, Alex"
Alex "That is correct, for $27,000,000.00"
Quoted from cscmtp:Why am I not excited? Anyone else feeling meh?
No, it's only you.
Quoted from CrazyLevi:I think it's easy for people to get hyped when a Stern is announced because they know they'll probably be playing it within a month and it's easy to get carried away. So far that's only true for Stern games.
Our only reliable crack dealer in town, even when we know that his premium grade crack is watered down and overpriced
Quoted from NeilMcRae:£10K for the LE here in the UK:
yup thats $13,244.22
That is.....
tenor (resized).pngSooo Munsters is released ,a bunch of people trash it for having “throw back” rules
Another remake from 30 years ago gets released and the same people are creaming themselves probably only to be trashed later for sure
Game looks great.
Maybe it’s a retheme of The Rolling Stones. Black Knight on a stick - the way they are getting cheaper to make more cash.

in this case, better a BIG BUCK HUNTER remake, as you only need to just set the knight on the buck (and spare the horse) !!!
Quoted from PanzerFreak:What sucks is both Stern and JJP keep looking at each others games and charging more. Dialed In LE is $9k and Munsters LE is $9k. JJP may think "why are we charging only $9k for a game with so much more features and code in it"? So raise the price of the games and then Stern says "why are we not charging that price"? Its out of control lol.
Sounds like we need a 3rd major competitor to come in and break the cycle I guess we'll see if that's American, Spooky (I doubt it, since they want to be more "boutique") or someone else
Don’t know if anyone said this yet but just saw Scott ian, the guitarist for anthrax did the music for the machine
He posted it on his Instagram
Quoted from PanzerFreak:I'm actually hoping for a $7k - $8k version of Wonka so JJP can compete more with Stern.
Pictures of playfield and clip of play. Remasterd BK2K Music!
It throws balls at you, pretty cool but I hope the PF’s hold up to this. They sure don’t take air balls very well.
Quoted from SantaEatsCheese:No upper playfield on the pro.
Considering that this is the defining feature of the Black Knight series, I find this a laughable omission. They should have removed that silly spinning knight from the middle instead.
Quoted from cscmtp:Why am I not excited? Anyone else feeling meh?
The thing I don’t like is the acryl mini playfield like wpt. This means that the mini playfield will be empty with just shots on the other side.
So no drops or mini loops or popbumpers or nice artwork or inserts or whatever because the mini pf is acryl.
Like that art and the upper play field looks like one of the better ones from Stern. Was magna-save on a single side on the original?

I am now picturing Buck Knight Hunter in my head. It is strangely appealing to both the redneck and fantasy nerd in me. Hunting/fantasy & Stern/WMS mashup could be the most ambitious crossover in pinball history!

Magna save on both sides of BK and BK2K.

Magna save was on both sides on the original.
The Stern game train just keeps on going! Game looks hella fun! Yeah yeah the pro is missing the upper playfield, but has so much going on too!
Definitely looking forward to some gameplay. I doubt the shield and spinning weapon block shots the whole time...
Quoted from BRW84:Magna save was on both sides on the original.
BK2K has a kickback on the left and Magna on the right
Upper play field can be removed in one minute. The flipper doesn’t need to be removed. The upper playfield is made of Lexan, and can be cleaned, polished or replaced. - as per Steve Ritchie.
Good thinking.
Looks like a Game of Thrones flipped on it's axis... especially the lower playfield. I heard a rumor that GOT was originally going to be BK3K back in the day. I really like the game of thrones layout. This looks awesome!
