Love the music in this pin, right about 46 minutes in this interview.

Maybe the LE's will come with headlamps, or just instructions on how to turn your lights on when your parents aren't home haha
Quoted from Bruce_Pickle:Maybe the LE's will come with headlamps, or just instructions on how to turn your lights on when your parents aren't home haha
Headlamps should come with all new games from now on.
Haha. Back on track this game is ticking all my boxes just quietly. Master and apprentice on design and code who are passionate about pinball. Dedicated soundtrack (without vocals) and cool mechs. Money saved is money well spent. Can't wait to play it
Quoted from Bruce_Pickle:My apartment came with light switches which I turn on when playing pinball. Kind of like the "after" Pinstadium pics...
Can you share the specs on this light switch mod? Any amazon link?
My concern is one single ramp, sorry that there is not a ramp that can return the ball to the left flipper.
I’m still trying to picture the ramp in action is it like GOT premium where the ramp has to pass through the upper PF?
Quoted from Guinnesstime:Can you share the specs on this light switch mod? Any amazon link?
Haha, negative. I think we should all wait for the official reveal. Maybe the light switch location will surprise you
Quoted from ezelljon:Wow, so no upper PF on the Pro. $5K+ is not enough to include a basic play feature of the Black Knight series. Well, this one is going on my "not even going to play it on location" list since I never see PRE / LE models out in the wild. Stern sucks. Stop enabling them.
I have seen a few Premiums and even an LE or two on location much to my surprise
Quoted from rai:I’m still trying to picture the ramp in action is it like GOT premium where the ramp has to pass through the upper PF?
Yes the ramp feeds to the upper PF. The premium/le do not have a ramp that leads directly to the right flipper like the pro does.
Quoted from BMore-Pinball:I have seen a few Premiums and even an LE or two on location much to my surprise
You've seen a black knight le, premium out in the wild already?
Attention all Mace Complainers:
You, the player, weild the Sword of Rage. Not the Black Knight.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled nonsense.

so then, what is the knight holding in all the artwork (cabinet, backglass, etc..) The sword of tranquility?
Quoted from knockerlover:so then, what is the knight holding in all the artwork (cabinet, backglass, etc..) The sword of tranquility?
Ooooooh ... the SWORD OF TRANQUILITY!
I'm SO buying this game now!
Quoted from knockerlover:so then, what is the knight holding in all the artwork (cabinet, backglass, etc..) The sword of tranquility?
Yeah I was thinking the same. If the player use the sword to fight against the black knight, why is he holding it in the artwork?
Only the pro artwork seems correct then...

Pro and LE...

Not the LE cabinet
Edit: nevermind the pro backbox decals also have the knight with the sword.
Maybe he stole it
From what I gathered from the podcast with Tim Sexton was that the Black Knight has the sword in his keep/castle. You battle mythical monsters on your way to his castle where you will challenge him to a duel for the sword. I guess the Black knight usually just kicks ass with his mace but if you have what it takes, he has to get his big guns out.
Also, in the pic above he is clearly giving the "come at me" gesture
Quoted from Vino:Damn, the game looks great.
I’ll see the “sword of rage” if I drag one of these home right now!
[quoted image]
If that's who's waiting with the sword of rage your a lucky man. Mines a little hotter but still...
Quoted from Wotto:And theres not 48 mods released yet ???
Slackers.
They need to make a LED mod for the Pro Steel ramp, so that the lightning bolts shine & move as with the LE/ Premium!!!
I'd make something myself but I'd be afraid to damage the Spike Boards.
Quoted from pascal-pinball:So the player use the sword to defeat the black knight?
Yes. An imaginary sword.
Quoted from knockerlover:so then, what is the knight holding in all the artwork (cabinet, backglass, etc..) The sword of tranquility?
No, THIS guy has it....and the BK is none too pleased about it!
Quoted from DS_Nadine:[quoted image]
I'm ordering MOTU LE, sight unseen, if that ever drops.
Some of you are turning into The Comic Book Guy over here. Nitpicking every little tiny continuity problem when we HAVEN'T played the game yet. The sword is in the BK's possession and we are trying to take it from him, okay. All the artwork "makes sense". I would worry more about this game being an absolute drain monster though. Since all the shots to start modes fly right back in your face. Gonna be a lot of SDTM I'm sure, but I like tough pins.

Perfect analogy!
2x9y24 (resized).jpgMan only thing left now is room! Where to put it! I asked this question before but never got a straight answer, is it better to line up pins side by side straight to save room or at an angle..or does it not matter?
Quoted from Oneangrymo:Man only thing left now is room! Where to put it! I asked this question before but never got a straight answer, is it better to line up pins side by side straight to save room or at an angle..or does it not matter?
Just put it in the room that's left! *duh*

Vertical stacking is ALWAYS best for minimizing footprint area. Just sayin'.
Update: Sorry - you wanted a straight answer. I vote side by side perpendicular to the wall.

Agree, I'll prepay now to help fund it....

I'll PM you JPops bank account...
Edit:
Just to be secure!!!
I'm having to move one of my pins to a buddy's house so I can fit my BKSOR LE into my game room. He's happy to help out!
CBG-like nitpick: Look at the sword the BK is holding on the backglass. I feel like it doesn't 100% line up with his left hand. Could benefit from the sword being rotated just a few degrees.

This one? I dunno, looks pretty nut on to me.....
Edit: I see what your saying....maybe the sword should be a few degrees up?

Now I can never unsee this...
The swords Needs to stay in the picture so you'd have to rotate his hand (fingers) a bit.
The artist told him to lower the angle of the sword so it would fit on the backglass. Since his armour wouldn’t let him twist his hand he had to loosen his grip slightly which let the sword change angle slightly.
Quoted from Tuna_Delight:It certainly is. Stern has really improved their games' artwork since the "Age of Photoshop"!
The Premium and Pro aren't too shabby either:

"I know something you don't know" . . . from the three different backglasses it appears that BK is ambidextrous!
