Money! Stern must owe Lyman money. Or he upset the new guys are coming in on his bread and butter. Job security could be threatened. Try
At first I assumed it was a technical hurdle to code pins. But now I think it's more political. If he told everyone how to code every pin he would be starving.
As a pilot I understand having a unique skill set that needs to be negotiated so bean counters don't take everything you make. Lyman must be in contract negotiations.
Solutions?
Does Lyman have his own webpage? We could just pay him direct bonus for code updates. Or through Stern.
Does Stern pay a bonus or commission to design team for sales? Where is the incentive?
